About One Pan Pantry Dinner that starts and ends in one pan
One Pan Pantry is a recipe site for people who want a real home-cooked dinner without a sink full of dishes. Every recipe is built around a single pot, skillet, sheet pan or tagine.

Why one pan?
Most weeknight cooking problems are not about skill. They are about time, energy and the pile of pans waiting after dinner. One Pan Pantry starts from that problem.
When everything cooks in the same pan, the onions, spices and browned bits stay in the dish instead of going down the drain. Rice and pasta cook in the juices. Vegetables roast next to the chicken or fish. Fewer steps, more flavor, and one thing to wash at the end.
Fewer dishes is the promise. Flavor is the point.
